I started Itsyourleave because navigating paid parental leave shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. When I had my baby, I thought I was prepared. Instead, I had a horrible experience: my claim was denied over a paperwork mistake, and no one could give me a straight answer. It was stressful, confusing, and it nearly cost my family thousands.
